SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCES ON THE BIOLOGY OF VITAMIN D
The Journal of Steroid Biochemistry and Molecular Biology traditionally publishes a Special Issue of peer-reviewed manuscripts describing research presented at the Vitamin D Workshops.
All delegates who present either a poster or a short talk are invited to submit an original manuscript based on their abstract. The manuscripts describe research presented at the meeting and are subject to the standard peer-review practice of the Journal of Steroid Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
Invited speakers were encouraged to submit review articles summarizing their presentations and/or an original research article on this topic.
The deadline to submit a paper to the Special Issue of the 24th Vitamin D Workshop in Austin Texas has passed. Please view published papers on the journal website.
The Journal of Steroid Biochemistry and Molecular Biology is devoted to new experimental and theoretical developments in areas related to steroids including vitamin D, lipids and metabolomics.

The Journal of Steroid Biochemistry and Molecular Biology has published the Vitamin D Workshop proceedings since the 12th Workshop in Maastricht, Netherlands (2003).
