Spanning across more than 57 kilometres of picturesque coastline and bordered by world-heritage listed rainforest, the Gold Coast is Australia's premier tourist destination. The Gold Coast is a metropolitan region south of Brisbane on Australia’s east coast. It's famed for its long sandy beaches, surfing spots and elaborate system of inland canals and waterways. It’s also home to hiking trails that crisscross Lamington National Park’s mountain ridges and valleys, home to rare birds and rainforest.
The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) is the largest regional convention centre in Australia. Conveniently located in the heart of Broadbeach, just 500 metres from pristine white sand beaches, with parking and light rail options for easy accessibility. The Gold Coast Airport is just 20 minutes south of the GCCEC with regular flights from all capital cities and some Queensland regional centres.
